"Associació per a la col.laboració i
desenvolupament del Tercer Mon Haribala" is
a Non Governmental Organization, Non-profit, of Public Interest,
apolitical and no confessional.
It was founded by Prakash-Rao
Chukka, who was born at Koilakuntla (where he lived till the
age of 13) along with some of his Spanish friends in the city of Mataró (Barcelona),
Spain . He started the NGO for every child without distinction of
caste or religion.
At present he lives in the province of Barcelona (Catalonia), Spain. Answering the necessity of the poorest among the poor he had deep desire to see that the childhood of the Orphans and poor children in his part of the world would have a better life to begin since he himself had to toil and earn his wages as a child labour working in the fields of Koilakuntla to meet his and his family daily needs.
